Refund Policy

01 / The Short Version

7-day refund window. No questions asked. Email us and we process it within 5 business days.

02 / Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 7 calendar days of your purchase date. This applies to:

Single decision ($9). Full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase.

Monthly subscription ($29/month). Full refund of the most recent billing charge if requested within 7 days of that charge. Refunds do not apply to charges more than 7 days old.

03 / How to Request

Email hello@usedecision.com with:

— The email address on your account

— The approximate purchase date

That is all we need. We do not require a reason. We will confirm by email once the refund is issued.

04 / Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of your request. The amount will be returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

05 / Subscription Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription stops future billing immediately. If you cancel after the 7-day refund window, you retain access through the end of the current billing period — but that charge is not refundable.

To cancel, email hello@usedecision.com. We do not use dark patterns or retention flows. One email ends it.

06 / Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that are abusive — for example, repeated refund cycling. If your request falls outside the 7-day window but involves a genuine error or service failure on our part, contact us anyway and we will evaluate it on its merits.
