01 / Who We Are

The Decision (usedecision.com) is operated by Edge Select, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #31432, Casper, WY 82609, United States. By using this service you agree to these terms.

02 / What the Service Does

You submit a decision — by voice or text. We transcribe it using OpenAI Whisper, analyze it using Anthropic Claude, generate a decision card image, and email it to you. Your voice recording is deleted immediately after transcription. The resulting card and metadata are stored in our database and accessible at a unique URL.

The output is analytical assistance, not professional advice. Nothing we produce constitutes legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make.

03 / Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement. The service is available globally to anyone with a valid email address.

04 / Your Content

You retain ownership of what you submit. By submitting, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the sole purpose of delivering the service — transcription, analysis, card generation, and email delivery.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or designed to manipulate or deceive. We reserve the right to refuse or remove content that violates these terms.

05 / Pricing and Payment

During the beta period, the service is free. When paid tiers launch, pricing will be: $9 per decision (one-time), or $29 per month (unlimited decisions). Prices may change with advance notice.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.

06 / Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund window on all purchases, no questions asked. See our Refund Policy for details.

07 / Intellectual Property

The site, design, and software are owned by Edge Select, LLC. The generated card content is derived from your input; you may use it freely. You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute the service itself.

08 / Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edge Select, LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

09 / Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

10 / Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

11 / Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
